I don't think the employees understand English. Menu said 1 scoop or serving of ice cream is $3.25 & a 2nd scoop of ice cream is an extra $1.00. Instead they gave us 2 separate orders @ $3.25 each. Didn't understand about $1 tacos @ happy hour.

They understand English perfectly. Maybe they didn't understand that you wanted 1 ice cream with an extra scoop instead 2 separate ice creams. It's not a buy one scoop get another ice cream for $1
